Love Land Surveys, Inc. General Manager Lee Spurgeon has been nominated for President Elect of the Professional Land Surveyor's of Oregon (PLSO) for 2012. Currently he is serving as the Pioneer Chapter President of the PLSO.
MEMORIAL IN WILLAMETTE NATIONAL CEMETARY
In April, 2010 we participated in a survey project for the “Blue Star Mothers of Oregon”, a nationally recognized organization of Mothers of Military Service Men and Women.
In conjunction with the “Gold Star Mothers”, mothers of service men and women who have given their lives in the service of their country, the "Blue Star Mothers" are seeking to build a reflection pond that honors the fallen men and women in all five branches of the military.
The site of the future pond is in the Willamette National Cemetery on Mt. Scott. Our company, along with over 6 other survey firms, donated a few hours of time, equipment and crews to assess the site.
